Tisca was also worried, but she had to get her tiny bundle to safety first.
Cloud Catcher nudged Splash again. She could lean on him if he had to.
Though anxious to head below, Straus stood by the mouth of the burrow, keeping an eye out for either the Willows or the rest of the family.

Eventually, Splash got up, using Cloud Catcher as a support. (the plan was to have her meet up with Morning Glory...)

(We also gotta figure out how Chetana gets to the Zippers, and who's carrying her...)

Cloud Catcher chrred encouragingly, leading Splash towards the burrow.

ooc: As for Chetana, I have no idea.

ooc: We could say Tisca has her... And possibly be led near their territory.

Splash follows by Cloud Catcher's side.

ooc: Mmmm. Tisca will be unlikely to leave Leaf's side, especially with a pup.

bic: When Cloud Catcher reached the burrow, he chirped to Stratus.
Stratus bounded forward, and sniffed the new pup. Unsure what to do, he ran into the burrow after Morning Glory.

Pamela watched. Something was going on. She peeps trying to get more members to notice her.

Back at the splinter group, Leaf had led her part of the clan to a new burrow. Faeya and Nimbus went below ground to ake sure the pups they had were all right.

ooc: Why are you playing Leaf? And I had plans... OO

Im not playing Leaf, I was just saying that Leaf had them at a burrow. That's what I thought we were going haha I'm only playing Nimbus and Faeya. But we need a place to place the pups anyway...

Nimbus and Faeya went above ground and stood next to Leaf. What should we do?

ooc: I think the plan was to head towards the Zippers, though...

ooc: Okay, now I'm confused.
I'm not trying to rush anyone, but we kinda need to get this day wrapped up.
By the way, is anyone playing Scar? I always forget him, (Poor thing XP). If no one's playing him, then I will.
Pancake, I think you should wait until Chetana is a little older, and then maybe she could get dropped off near the border, and sorta stumble onto the Zippers.

ooc: We could say it happened over the skip or something.

ooc: That might be an idea, then we don't have to go into details. XP

ooc: Alright... sounds good to me. Assuming that all the mobs are at home, will the new day start?

Cheyenne and Chris pad towards the meerkats.

Yes, they are. Morning Glory, Stratus, Cloud Catcher, Sanders, and possibly Nimbus are at the other burrow with Splash.

ooc: I think I'm going to start a new day. They can either join upduring the skip, or join up next day.
I would like them to join up in the next day, but what do you guys think?

As soon as Morning Glory re-emerged on the surface she instantly greeted both pups without question and hurried them below. Young Splash could never replace Clover but for the time being she would care for them the same until Splash had either settled in with the Tiny Kats or decided to try and rejoin the Willows.

Back underground, she called out to Sanders letting him know she hadn’t gone very far. Squeaking in return he shuffled about the burrow eager for a feed. Leaving the two youngsters and newborn Sanders together Morning Glory headed slightly deeper into the burrow complex to spend some time on her own. With the stressful morning’s encounter with the Willows, the ever pressing fear of a permanent group spilt with a still unknown cause and the life of young Sanders hanging in the balance without his mother, she could feel that her own pups were barely hanging on.
Worried about failing Stratus, she lay down on the dusty earth and just panted quietly in the darkness.

Back at the main group’s new burrow that once belonged to yellow mongoose, Leaf joined the others and lay underground feeding the three ravenous pups whilst being totally exhausted. She was pleased to not have Morning Glory keeping a beady eye on everything for once but she didn’t expect to have to sacrifice one of her pups just to get to this position. Tomorrow was a new day and with it would bring the real challenges that come with stealing the crown.
