Roleplay- 15th of November

Karma makes a glance at Horrendous and Elena. Feeling a bit more calmer and braver now, she gets up and moves to sit with the 2 meerkats. She eyes Horrendous warily but curiously. Perhaps there's something more gentle behind his tough attitude.

Elena peeps a hello to Karma as she continues to sit next to Horrendous. She doesn't see why nobody trusts him. Sure he approached one of the pups before being accepted, but that was the past.

Karma peeps a greeting back to Elena then looks back at Horrendous. He doesn't seem to be acting as a threat anymore so she lets her gaurd down for now. He might've just been nervous and didn't exactly know how to correctly introduce himself to the group. She finally shows him a friendly smile.

Shirley cam and sat by Horrendous. She trusted him. She didn't see why others didn't.

Karma begins to slowly trust Horrendous. He doesn't appear to be THAT bad.

Seeing some of the others approach Horrendous, it also made Jupiter feel a bit more confident. She approaches, taking a spot nearby the others who were with Horrendous.

Pamela also approaches, wanting to aquaint herself.

Without even thinking, Karma begins to groom Horrendous, hoping to develop a friendship with the new meerkat.

Inquisitively hoping to socialise with the subordinates now that the pressure of her pregnancy was easing, Morning Glory chirped and strolled over and watched intently as Karma began to groom Horrendous.

Karma keeps her guard up as she grooms Horrendous. She's poised to react if his actions suddenly turn violent.

ooc- They should leave very soon.

ic- Elena sits and enjoys the company of others. She's made her decision to babysit.

Karma finishes grooming Horrendous and backs away unsure of what he thinks about all of this attention.

Shirley takes her turn in grooming Horrendous. She thought he was funny.

Karma gives Horrendous some space and feeling hungry begins to forage around the burrow.

Elena stands up to do some sentry duty. She might not have had any experiance in babysitting pups in her old, small mob, but sentry duty was something she was never deprived of, and the experiance has made her good at it.

Karma uncovers a small beetle and quickly devours it. Her milk supply is a little low so she going to do as much foraging as she can to supply her pups with a supple amount of milk.

Pamela decides to back away from Horrendous, she didn't want him to feel crowded.

Emerging from the burrow later than expected, Leaf looked around at the family sunning in the morning’s rays. The Tiny Kats had certainly grown in number over the last few months from a time when there was only six adults and two pups. Padding onto the sand she thought about Clover who was out there somewhere in the desert with her new family, then turned and glanced at her younger brother Cloud Catcher. He was quickly growing up before her eyes and soon would be old enough to leave the group if he wished to try and start a family of his own.
Sitting down, Leaf smiled to herself as she closed her eyes and raised her head to the sun. Maybe one day one of her pups would have what it takes to be a strong dominant meerkat.

Tired of chasing shadows, Sanders stood on his small back legs and chirped before falling back to the ground to play fight with his tail.

With the females showing less interest in Horrendous, Morning Glory rose proudly onto her back legs and issued the first of the lead calls for the group to head out. Today like every other day since the birth of the pups was an important day for foraging.

Hearing Morning Glory issue the call to go, Jupiter eagerly comes over, ready to go and start forging, she was starving.

Topaz looks up when she hears Morning Glory. She pouts a bit. Time to go already? She was pretty hungry. She sighs softly, not wanting to leave the new pups, but came out of the burrow, getting ready to go.

Alethia and Puzzle hear Morning Glory's calls, and are quick to follow her.

Karma looks up from the ground to Morning Glory after hearing her lead calls. Karma doesn't plan on following the group out today. She's decided to stay behind to watch over the 3 new litters. She pads over to the burrow and sits down next to the entrance looking into the tunnel with uncertainty. With so many pups to keep track of, things are going to become challenging for the Tiny Kats within the next few weeks. Trying to keep every pup alive once they emerge from the burrow is going to be a monumentous task, perhaps an even impossible one.

Splash nervously emerges and waits for the lead calls.

Karma looks to the group, watching Morning Glory begin to lead them out.

Elena decides to stay too. Karma will certainly need her help with all of the pups, and she'll certainly need Karma's help. She's not currently producing milk, nor does she have any past experiance in pupsitting.

ooc- Has anyone seen hunte890 lately? I'll just drop the plot with horrendous if he isn't rped enough.

Karma welcomes Elena in joining her on babysitting duty. She enjoys the company and is grateful for the help but learning that this is the female's first time at pupsitting, she'll be more than willing to mentor her on what to expect and what to do as a pupsitter.

ooc: No he hasn't been on recently. I remember reading one of his posts that said that he has to sneak on the computer on week days because his parents won't let him use it then.
