Temporary Mods

Meyerm, Yoshkat, and I have agreed on introducing temporary mods until the real ones return. We've narrowed it down to the active members who could do the job. Please only vote three times. By Wednesday we'll see who has the highest votes, and the three will be chosen to be temporary mods. TEMPORARY MOD will be put in their siggie in blue. If you see that, you must listen to them.

Please promise me this will be just to keep things going. This doesn't feel entirely right.

I hope the mods won't be mad...

I doubt it. I think that Dipsy would approve, after all, I think this will save the site.

I'm pretty sure they'll understand. If I'm not able to get to my sites (which I'm not) then I would encourage users to do what it takes to keep it active, but it probably wouldn't be very active anyway.

I need anew day on NP too, but I can't get on. I would hope the users would do the same there too.

what exactly are we voting on? (That's not meant to sound aggressive, by the way.)

Temporary mods. We didn't see anyone that was a moderator or admin, so we decided to mke temporary ones ourselves until the real ones... came back.

Welcome back Dipsy We had decided to do a temporary mod vote until one of the real mods returned. Hopefully you're not upset about this. We thought it would help keep the site active while you, Abt, Little Maybelline and Sammi were away. That's ok Dipsy, I figured that must've been what happened.

Basically, we were going to make the three people with the most votes temp. mods to post new days and keep things running, but appears you're back. Maybe there can be another true mod picked from the ranks of the site's most active members. Sammi hasn't been on since I joined I believe.

That's okay. I do plan on picking another moderator, but I would like to discuss it with my other moderators first. Which means it might take a while. So we can still create some temporary moderators if need be.

So what are we supposed to do?

Can we start new days if none of the real mods are on by the time the rp day ends for all of the groups?

If so, can it be the 11th?
