Dispersing Characters

Okay, about my little rant the other day, I kinda decided that I overeacted a little. I was a bit stressed at the time because of school and stuff so I kinda snapped. Sorry about that. However, I will be introducing some new rules as far as characters and pregnancies go, but for the time being I've gone trhough and decided which characters should disperse.
These are the characters belonging to people who do not really come here anymore. I know some people have been playing their characters, and you can continue to do so if you wish. Otherwise, I think they should disperse.

Tiny Kats:
Faeya - Sammi
Scar - Sammi

Midnights:
Lithium - Sammi

Willows:
Verneice - Sammi
Hutch - Sammi

Zippers:
Running Star - Running Star
Sassy - Running Star
Spunky - Running Star
Dastan - Dastan
Tetsul - Moonfang
Streak - Sammi
Flurry - Sammi

Oreos:
Starburrst - Sammi (It'd be preferable if Starburst, along Running Star, didn't disperse, seeing as they are both dominant, but I want to know what you guys think.)
Shentai - Shentai

This isn't set in stone, It is just a suggestion. I do realise some people have been playing these characters, and you can continue to do so if you wish.
I have noticed that there are a number of characters who are played by active members, who aren't played very much. It would be referable if this characters either dispersed or were played. (Please do not take that offensively, it was meant in the nicest way possible.)
Anyway, if you have any problems, please let me know.

I thought Sassy and Spunky were going to be killed off.

I'm happy if you want to disperse Dusk for a while unless somebody else wants to pick him up to rp.
What about Eveyenne (WW)?

Has Eveyenne appeared in the Roleplay? If so, then yes, she will disperse as well.
As for Sassy and Spunky, I do not mind if they are killed or disperesed.

Yes she has joined the Willows but hasn't been rp'ed since.

Also Linda (WW) is played by Moonfang the same as Tetzul should they be on the list too?

I likes Sassy though... I like playing her. =/

I know Moonfang in rl, I can't talk to her atm though... I can play Tetsul for her.

Yeah, she's the one who plays her cureently and she made Linda's bio.

If no one has a problem with the list, can we just say they dispersed during the skip?

Lithium was going to regain dominance I thought... I did want him and Teetsie to eventually have a litter, so I don't want him gone...

I agree. Any character that is not continually played by someone should be disperesed, just so that we can clean up the mobs a bit.

Dominic is regaining dominance today. Pepper will go roving, then after he has one surviving litter, he'll disperse. Or die.

I'm taking Starburst and Running Star off the list, cause I think those two really need to stay.

I was thinking about taking over Dastan but I'm already struggling to keep up with the amount of Charaters I have. Perhaps we can say he either dispersed, kill him off or maybe someone could play him until/if Dastan ever returns which is looking less likely.

Dispersing is the best thing to do, that way he can come back if Dastan does return to the site.
